Full-Time English Ministry (EM) Pastor

New Life Church, based in Northern California (www.gracepeople.com), is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of English Ministry (EM).  Average attendance is 60-75 for English Ministry.  Resumes accepted through November 30, 2017.  EM pastor will lead and oversee the EM ministry (adult, college and youth ministries), supported by lay leaders and teachers. EM pastor will work with the senior pastor to carry out the vision and mission of New Life Church.  Salary DOE.

Duties:

·         Organize and implement ministry programs designed to enhance spiritual growth of English Ministry.

·         Pastoral care, teaching and preaching

·         Implement discipleship training program

·         Equip, edify... spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ

·         Plan and coordinate retreats, events, Sunday school and other programs

·         Work with Senior Pastor on the vision for EM, attend pastoral staff meetings

Qualifications:

·         Seminary degree from Southern Baptist Seminary

·         English fluency

·         Experience as ordained pastor preferred
