영어권 교회를 목회할 전담목회자를 청빙합니다

Hillcity 교회(Tampa, FL)를 맡아 목회하실 전담목회자(lead pastor, full time)를 청빙합니다. Hillcity 교회는 탬파 새빛교회가 탬파 지역에 있는 다음세대를 위해 5년 전에 개척한 다민족 교회입니다. 지난 5년 동안 담임목회자로 사역하셨던 목사님께서는 새로운 목회지로 이동하셔서 이렇게 새로운 목회자를 청빙하게 되었습니다.


Hill City Church is a Southern Baptist, multicultural church planted by New Light Church in 2011. New Light Church (formerly known as Korean First Baptist Church of Tampa) cultivated a vision to plant a church in the Tampa Bay area for an English-speaking congregation that welcomed people of all cultures. Hill City Church was led by Pastor Han Oh who faithfully shepherded the congregation for its first five years before being called to serve at another ministry in the summer of 2016. As Hill City Church moves forward with the firm foundation that was laid, we trust that God is leading us to a place of maturity and growth while we patiently await for our next Lead Pastor.


Lead Pastor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Christ-like character and prayer life
- Shepherd and feed the church (weekly sermons)
- Train and Disciple the leaders
- Provide pastoral counseling
- Train the church in evangelism and outreach
- Teach classes on baptism and membership
- Oversee ministries within the church including small groups and praise/worship

Qualifications:
- Education: M. Div. of Southern Baptist denomination
- Experience: 5 years of full-time ministry experience minimum
- Age range: 30 to 45 years old
- Family Status: Married (preferably)
