플로리다 탬파에 위치한 새빛교회에서는 Youth를 담당하실 수 있는 Half-time 사역자를 모십니다. M.Div 재학중이거나 졸업하신 분으로 청소년 사역에 비전을 가지신 분입니다.

New Light church of Tampa is seeking a half-time youth pastor to care for and minister for youth students.

Basic Job Description:
1) Sunday youth worship leading and preaching
2) Friday Bible study and activities
3) Oversee the youth education program(Sunday bible studies, seminars, summer and winter retreats, special events)
4) Participate in minister’s meeting
5) participate in all major church events
6) Organize, lead, and serve for youth leader and teacher’s meeting
7) Communication with parents(PTA meeting)
8) Help and support pastoral ministries

Qualification:
1) a clear calling to ministry
2) genuine love and passion for the next generation
3) organization and leadership skills
4) Prior ministry experience including working in a Korean-American church context
5) Southern Baptist background and seminary(not required but preferred)

2) Personal testimony(conversion experience)
3) Personal statement for calling(including vision)
4) 2 recommendation letters
5) 2 sermons(Youtube or online link is preferable)
