EM Associate/Youth Pastor Job Description, Qualifications, Requirements:

영어부 유스/부 목사(풀타임) 청빙 

●       Oversee the youth and college ministries 유스 와 대학생 사역을 주관한다

o   Give overall spiritual direction for the youth and college students

o   유스와 대학생들에게 전체적인 영적인 방향성을 제시한다

o   Give direction to curriculum/study materials 공과공부/ 커리큘럼 제공 

o   Equip teachers and leaders to lead in their small groups, Sunday schools, etc. 교사와 소그룹 리더들이 아이들을 잘 이끌 수 있도록 무장시킨다. (주일 학교 등)

o   Plan and direct seasonal events (i.e. retreats, seminars, etc.)

o   절기 행사 계획 (수련회, 세미나 등)

o   Communicate with youth parents (Being able to speak and understand Korean will be highly preferred) 유스 부모와 소통한다 (한국 말 소통 가능 선호)

o   Lead youth worship on Sundays 주일 유스 예배를 인도한다

●       Assist the EM pastor in administration 영어부 목사를 행정적인 면에서 보필한다

o   Oversee all administrative tasks and report and work with the EM pastor 영어부 목사와 함께 행정적인 일들을 같이 공유하며 주관한다.

▪        Organize, maintain, and update EM member's directory 영어부 주소록을 정리하고 업데이트한다

▪        Communicate to and with all small group leaders 소그룹 리더들과 소통한다

▪        Communicate to and with all deacons and ministry leaders (i.e. worship, newcomers, etc.) 집사들과 사역 리더들과 소통한다.

▪        Plan various meetings (i.e. EM leader's meeting) 미팅을 계획한다.

▪        Plan and direct seasonal events (i.e. retreats, seminars, etc.) 계절마다 돌아오는 이벤트를 계획하고 진행한다 (수련회, 세미나, 등)

▪        Communicate between KM and EM staff 영어부 와 한어부 사역자들과 소통한다.

 Qualifications

●       Prior experience with youth/college, at least 3 years 최소 3년간 유스 또는 대학생 사역에 경험이 있으신 분

●       MDiv degree from accredited seminary; not necessarily SBC

    남침례교단이 아니더라도 목회학 석사가 있으신분

●       Passion for the youth/college students 유스와 대학생 사역에 열정이 있으신 분

●       Fluent in English, awareness and competence in the Korean language and culture preferred 

          영어가 유창하고,  한국어 언어와 문화에 대한 이해와 능력이 있으신 분

●       1 Timothy 3:1-7 디모데전서 2:1-7

●       Titus 1:5-9 디도서 1:5-9
